DELIVERY AND SETUP REQUIREMENTS
CLOUD9 JUMPERS includes delivery, setup, and pickup in the base price. An additional charge may apply if you live in an area that is 20 miles outside of our home office or outside of Solano County. In any event, you will find our rates very reasonable.
A 120 volt outlet within 100 ft is required to power the electric blower. NOTE: If the location of your party doesn't have power, a generator of 3500 watts minimum will be needed.
Clear access to setup location is required. We use a hand truck (dolly) during delivery.
Setup area must be clear of any debris or animal feces prior to setup. We ask that you do this prior to our arrival.
SAFETY
With CLOUD9 JUMPERS safety comes first. All of our units have a step for safe exit and entry to and from the unit.
Most of are units have escape hatches in the roofs in the event of power loss. If not a blower with flaps will be used which will decrease the deflation rate.
We inspect the area in which you plan to situate the unit to determine the safest setup possible.
Units are either staked into the ground or connected to flexible weight bags at the corners. NOTE: Our weight bags are colorful, compact, and lay flat to provide a safe tie down mechanism without being an eye sore like standard sandbags.
All units have operation instructions and weight limitations displayed.
